Shipping & Returns
Hong Kong: Regular deliveries around the city via HK Post at a standard cost of HK$25
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once order is placed. Please allow 2-4 working days for your item to reach you.
Items are inspected by us before dispatch. Once an item has been sent, CAYA will no longer be responsible for goods shipped. If you require insurance on local deliveries, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org upon purchasing.
Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date when ordering. We do not refund for items lost in the mail. If you are experiencing problems, please check your delivery status on our website or follow up with us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We offer shipping for international orders to select countries. There will be a shipping charge based on your country of residence. If your country is not listed below, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for a courier at your own cost.
For international shipping, our shipments are sent via Hong Kong Post or express registered mail and will take 5-14 working days depending on your country. Please be aware of duty tax or custom charge that may occur when you are receiving your package since this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
RETURNSOur policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
